Absolutely! Our Kathmandu office in Thamel is open Sunday to Friday, 10am–5pm Nepal Time. We serve travellers from Nepal, India, Bangladesh, and across South Asia. You can walk in without an appointment — though booking a call ahead of time ensures you get dedicated time with a travel specialist.
No! All initial consultations are completely free. We're happy to discuss your travel plans, answer your questions, and help you understand the visa process at no charge. We only earn when you book a tour with us, so there's zero pressure.
Yes — group tours are one of our specialities! We regularly organise trips for corporate groups, school tours, religious pilgrimages, and family gatherings of 10 to 100+ people. Groups receive dedicated coordination, group discount pricing, and a single point of contact throughout. Mention your group size in the contact form and we'll prepare a tailored proposal.
We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), and PayPal. For clients in Nepal, we also accept local bank transfer in NPR. A 20% deposit is required at booking to confirm your tour, with the balance due 30 days before departure. Flexible payment plans are available for bookings over AUD $3,000.
